1-2-3, Make Your Feet Happy

Here’s an easy at-home foot spa program for you to try on.

Step 1: Clean your feet of all that grime from walking and commuting with a liquid peppermint wash. Let feet soak for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 2: Using a scrub, rub away stubborn dirt and rough patches. Rinse feet.

Step 3: Moisturize dry feet with a lotion. Massage as you please.
