Look young and fabulous with these five skin-saving tips.

5 Steps To Younger Skin

1. SLEEP WELL

Sure, you’re the go-getting chick who survives on four hour of sleep every night. But, clocking in eight hours of sleep rejuvenates your cells. Get a good night’s rest to prevent dull skin, dark circles, and the early onset of wrinkles.

2. AVOID POLLUTION

Be a green queen who cares for the environment as much as she cares for her own skin. Contribute to the lessening of air pollution — quit smoking, for one — so you can reduce the risk of premature aging and help the environment.

3. PROTECT YOUR SKIN FROM THE SUN

You’re a certified sun goddess, but too much UV rays will cause wrinkles and make you look older. Find ways to protect your skin: slather on SPF, avoid going outdoors from 10am to 3pm, and wear hats to protect your face.

4. BID STRESS GOODBYE

You’re a star employee, but don’t let stress get the best of you. Be smart in using your time. Learn how to prioritize so you can be more productive and have more time to rest. Remember, OTs and deadlines equate to dull and dry skin. So, combat stress to keep your skin supple. Drink lots of water and moisturize to hydrate your skin.

5. SLEEP ON YOUR BACK

Do you enjoy rolling on your soft sheets until you fall asleep? Research shows that sleeping on your side causes wrinkles and facial lines because of the frequent contact with the mattress. So, make it a habit to sleep on your back.
