No matter how you got those raccoon-like rings, this fix will leave you bright-eyed and beautiful.
The Prep: Apply SPF under your eyes every single day since sun exposure can increase melanin levels, making dark circles more dramatic.

The Technique:
1. Pat on a quick-absorbing eye cream to smooth out your skin, so concealer will go on evenly. Just avoid any lotions that leave a film or have a thick texture — like a rich night cream — which will cause your makeup to cake and peel. Our fave pick: Clinique All About Eyes.
2. Choose a corrector that will offset the purple cast. If you’re fair, pick a pink-based shade. If you’re dark, try a peach-based one. With a small brush, apply corrector to the inner corners of eyes. Then take it under the eyes, all the way to the outer corners (right above the cheekbones).
3. Next, with your finger, apply a thin layer of concealer that is two shades lighter than your usual foundation shade. Tap the concealer sparingly over the same area where you applied corrector. The two products combine to create the illusion of perfectly even, slept-like-a-baby skin.
4. Set the concealer with a fine dusting of yellow-toned powder, which counteracts dark spots on just about any skin tone (make sure the powder is matte, since sparkle can settle into creases). Sweep it under eyes with a small fluffy brush or mini powder puff.
Bonus Brightening Tip: Rub a pink cream blush onto the apples of your cheeks. This distracts from dark circles and adds a healthy glow to your face.
