Question: Should I be freaked out that my hairstylist uses the same brush on all his clients in the salon?

Answer: Nope. Most credible stylists and salons wash their clients’ hair before they even pick up a brush — that keeps bristles clean. Locally, however, good salons even have sterilizing bins and UV cases where they put brushes when they are not in use. This helps kill any germs. If you’re still suspicious, BYOB (brush, not beer).
